Brett Lornie - Director
Up until 31 March 2006 Brett Lornie was a shareholder and director of North South Finance Limited.
Until 15 April 2005 Brett was the Chief Manager Property Finance for the National Bank. He held this position with the National Bank / Countrywide Bank for approximately 10 years. His total service with the National Bank / Countrywide Bank spanned 14 years. Brett's role as Chief Manager Property Finance was to lead and manage all property development loans over $500,000. Through this role Brett has further developed his intimate knowledge of the property market and the vagaries of property finance and developed a strong lending risk and management skill set.
Prior to his time with the National Bank / Countrywide Bank Brett enjoyed 10 years with AGC Finance, Marac Finance and United Pacific Corporation.
Brett is married with two daughters, and lives in Mission Bay.
Through family interests Brett and Ross Lornie own and manage a substantial portfolio of mainly Auckland retail investment properties.
